Swarovski: Marios Schwab Displays

Swarovski commission artists and designers to create installations for their store displays.

Dick Straker worked with Souvenir Scenic and Gideon Ponte to design, film and install the projection displays that were part of the designer Marios Schwab’s installation in Vienna and Innsbruck.

These ran for eighteen months and used specially engineered back projection mirror surfaces built into the sets to display the designs.

Salvador Bettencourt Avila created the automated control of the projection system.
