Frozen: A Musical Invitation

Unleash the magic that lies within you and sing with Anna and Elsa on this most enchanting of Frozen journeys.

Frozen: A Musical Invitation is a new, immersive, sing-along theatre show at Disneyland Paris, opened in 2019 as part of their Winder Wonderland season. In it, guests visit Arendelle and the North Mountain, meet Anna, Elsa and Kristoff, and join in with the performance. The show features live actors, video effects and puppetry.

The show features live actors, video effects and puppetry, allowing audiences of all ages to unleash the magic that lies within them and sing along with Anna and Elsa on this most enchanting of Frozen journeys.

Working alongside the local team and the Frozen movie franchise we created digital scenery for all parts of the production as well as with Disney Imagineering’s puppetry designers incorporated Olaf into the show using animatronic puppets with live action operators and supplemental animation.

In addition to creating the on-stage scenics and effects, we also worked with the Marketing and Audience Flow teams to create all the pre-show and exterior content, including introductory videos, site safety videos and exterior signage – all carefully constructed to be the same world as the show itself!

Technical installation was handled by the Disneyland Paris team, including video systems and show control of all other systems used in the show.
